My mission is to ensure your organization is configured to most efficiently achieve your mission, with a fully engaged, properly leveled, culturally competent, cohesive team who feel connected to each other, the organization and the mission. I will help you build engagement and a healthy, productive culture.
I take a one-and-done, short engagement approach to consultations. I work with you to analyze your org structure, job descriptions and competencies, then apply my proprietary competency model to ensure your team is optimally configured to minimize layering and maximize efficiency and engagement, creating a healthy culture of individuals that get stuff done.
A team of one: Todd Lemmis is a smart, practical, experienced, hard-working guy with a good sense of humor and a hospitality mentality – I like to serve. I do all the work myself and take full accountability for everything I do. I am not satisfied unless and until you are happy. I love what I do and it shows.
I personally work with you to create simplicity, visibility, engagement and a healthy culture with my proprietary model, building job competencies/descriptions/families and an org chart, so everyone at every level knows where they are, where they can go and how what they do contributes to the mission.
