- We have a call - become friends and I understand your needs
- I send you a proposal
- We talk again, agree to a reasonable price and sign the proposal
- I collect a deposit
- I visit your company
- I chat with you and your people
- You give me your current org chart and job descriptions
- I work with you and your team to develop your job families, job competency list and job descriptions
- We build an org chart together
- We build a communication plan
- We introduce the new org chart to your team (they helped build it)
- We deploy it, celebrate and I collect my balance
- I will always answer or return your calls, even after you pay me
