6. I collect a deposit
7. I visit your company
8. I chat with you and your people
9. You give me your current org chart and job descriptions
10. I work with you and your team on job competency development, creating your job families, job competency list, and job descriptions
11. We build an organizational structure solution together
12. We create a company communication plan
13. We introduce the new org chart to your team (they helped build it)
14. We deploy it, celebrate, and I collect my balance
I will always answer or return your calls, even after you pay me.
