Lemmis Organizational Architecture was born out of frustration with over-layered companies with poor engagement, unhealthy cultures and the general lack of visibility to how one's position contributes to the big picture of the company's mission.
Culture's nothing more than how people work together to get stuff done, and engagement is the connectedness we feel by seeing how our work contributes to the big picture - engagement is the prerequisite to a healthy culture.
I found the solution in the works of Benjamin Bloom and Abraham Maslow. Bloom's work unlocks a system of job competencies and organizational architecture, ie, the company ladder. Maslow provides us with the engagement piece and the means to ascend the ladder. It works and I'll help you deploy it.
I do this because I enjoy implementing my model and participating in organizational culture transformation. I do not want to make this a full time job and will not share my client list. I only accept one client per industry, assuring clients that I will not harm their competitive advantage by working with their competition.
